Brothers and Sisters of the series! LAST ONE!??

I live in the UK, and I have only been seeing the number of brothers and sisters for about two weeks. I absolutely LOVE IT! The cast is fantastic and I really, really loved the series. I saw the episode this morning (10:00, Channel 4) where Justin tried to sneak into your sisters engagement party for the senator to leave Iraq and not disturb anyone. But they rushed to the airport and said his is goodbye. Then everyone returned to the party and ended with them jumping in the pool! I looked to see if, when he was around again, and I could not see it in place NO! This is the last episode / season? If someone could help me and tell me – how many seasons has been – that this season is now, and also – if this is the last episode, that would be great! Xxxxxxxxxx Thank you!
