I started to watch Doctor Who, but do not know where the series I came inside Help me please!?

I first saw the doctor today. So while watching a marathon, I see that there was another doctor and he changed after absorbing energy from Rose that she absorbed from the heart of the Tardis. I saw the episode that explains the hand in case of Torchwood. I finally got to see how they meet Captain Jack, who he is and why he can not die. What do I need to know is what was the last episode of Doctor Who did. It was one in which the doctor became really old and Martha and Captain Jack save him somehow? I'm watching this new episode will be on the Sci-Fi Channel instead of the BBC, at least here in America. I'm trying to keep going and Blockbuster only renting them all, but it seems that I end up doing.

The last episode was really one against the Master, where the doctor is really old. In the end, Martha leaves. There was one more – a Christmas special on an ocean-going liner space on collision with the Earth, starring Kylie Minogue.
