Often, athletes wait until the week before the race to practice transitions triathlon, in its entirety. You need to practice now to get fastest possible transition from triathlon.

One way to practice is to include transitions in their exercises of bricks. Take some time practical to work exclusively on faster transitions. You can leave your shoes on pedals and use rubber bands

Pro Elite athletes and leave your shoes on the pedals for the first transitional (T1). After leaving the bathroom, they just have to put their helmets, grab the bike and run out of transition area.

They attach one end of a rubber band around the shoe or loop through the heel and the other end to a stay on the back side of the bike. This is accomplished in order to keep the crank arms and rotating shoes and playing on the floor. You'll have to experiment to see which are the best places for bands to its function of rubber on its size and frame size.

The rubber bands will be easy to escape when you ride the bike and start pedaling. At this point, your feet will be on the pedals. Slide your feet in your shoes once you're rolling at a good pace. Do not try this unless you're up a good speed as you will swing if you're going too slow and it is dangerous to yourself and others.

Put your sunglasses while riding
Instead of putting your sunglasses in the transition area, put them in once they are rolling on the bike. If your helmet has air vents on the front, see if you can guarantee the glasses there. If your sunglasses will not stay fixed on your helmet, fasten them the top of your structure with a small piece of tape.

Use elastic laces and no socks
There are elastic cords available in most stores that stock supplies triathlon. elastic cords allow you easily slip your feet in your shoes, do not waste time Velcro to secure income or blocks of old-style strings on a regular basis.

Before deciding to run without socks, do a few practice runs at home. Some athletes may be performed without socks and not a single bubble. Other athletes will develop hot spots on your feet that will eventually blossom into bubbles.

Before approaching the disassembly line in T2, they remove their shoes and feet continue to ride in a manner similar to when they started the bike leg. Near the disassembly line, they sway back and one leg over the bike so that it is behind the other leg on one side of the bicycle. In the disassembly line they're off the bike and run to the transition area. This special move is advanced and has a lot of practice.

Use a film camera
Have someone record the T1 and T2, in a practice session or during a race. Use a clock and time for both transitions. After reviewing ways to improve, make transitions repeatedly until you think you have the fastest transition possible time.

Another way of improving the times of transition is to tape some of the main age group and elite racers to see how they are making transitions. You can pick up some tips you can use to improve their times.
