Question about the next Spider-Man comics – black costume?

I heard that Marvel is promoting a "Back in Black" event following civil war that has Spider-Man back in the black suit. Has it started yet? Civil War is over or is it still?

I have not heard much on a black suit to return, but I'm sure Marvel Civil War that is scheduled to last for early next year. And based on what the signs mean, I think Spidey will switch sides, and maybe a new outfit is in order for it.
