Stuck in Ultimate Spiderman (DS)?

Ok, I just bought Ultimate Spiderman on the DS, and I'm stuck. I'm basically stuck during the tutorial that I feel is amazingly pathetic. I'm in the warehouse with the police car outside and I need to start somewhere electricity. I flipped the switch top of the first door, but I can not go next door because of the electricity and I'm not entirely sure what I gotta do.
