Superman, Batman and Montelongo
Recent developments in the housing market seems to heed the call of special forces to help the situation. Realizing that the construction of wealth can not be done without the direction of all the superhero will be called to save the world, save the day and save civilization human. You see, it leaves our candidates.
First there's Superman. Now he has a Superman cape, flying is as fast as a bullet and can turn the earth to reverse time. Hey, this is a possible fit for the job. We can start playing Superman on Earth in reverse so that all the housing foreclosures have gone. He is faster than a bullet. Maybe he can stop foreclosures before closing. Oh, wait, I forgot that Superman ability to have X-ray eyes. Maybe he can use them to read all the letters on the small loans that were approved several years back giving housing loans of people who have large inflated payments and, eventually, the owners would not be able to pay.
How about Batman? Hey, he wears a cape as well. And he has a nice car. But I'm not really sure what he can do to combat foreclosures. I do not know. For some reason I just think Batman is an old guy sitting in a dark cave to play video games in his twilight years. He'll probably be a good helper Wealth Builder.
Ok, last but not least, what happened with Armando Montelongo? Hey, now maybe we have something here. Here is a superhero who does not use a cover, do not jump tall buildings and no x-ray vision. hmmm, then I wonder what is it good for us all as a superhero property?
I know! Its called common sense. Montelongo reminds us that we can be our own hero by taking control of our own financial future. Do not let foreclosures scare you out of your dreams. Flip a house and make some profit to its market of buyers. Sorry, no discounts superhero, but we used to trade in skins.
