How it works

• Earphones are supplied and plug into a jack 2.5 mm the side of the MP4 watch.
• You can upload music and videos and photos to watch from your PC via USB. The USB cable is supplies and plugs into a mini USB port on the clock.
• The opening of the mini USB port has a built in microphone so you can record sound like a dictaphone.

Drew leui on 31.08.2007: Well, I just got it today in the mail and still trying the video, but for their music as simple as dragging and dropping music files instead of music on the clock. a big problem though: while the Music is playing the screen will not turn off. that sounds like a good thing, but now there is a date stamp, if you look carefully at the clock. So basically do not let the screen of the music for more than an hour to an hour. (Someone who knows how to turn the screen off while listening to music let me know because it's a big disappointment)

New version? by Neil C on 5/17/2007: I recently bought one of those coulpe (May 7): Highly recommended. I do not know if you have firmware more recent, but they do not have the limitations described in most of these comments. SMV play files rather than NVX are about 200MB per hour, with maximum quality. They also view JPG files without conversion and the clock can be switched between 12/24 hour format. The clock can stay up on all the time – But beward OLED screen burn if you do! (No, I did not know existed before, either!)

Video size by Samson on 4/14/2007: I was looking these things for awhile. Other than the questionable quality of construction, the OLED screen alone makes it worth the price. The most likely reason for the huge size of files video produced by the software is that the video is actually being unpacked. MP4 is just a container, not a codec. The software is probably using MP4 format to contain a raw YUV or RGB stream – these are essentially a series of sequential bitmaps without compression. The calculations required for decoding compressed (DivX, or XviD) audio / video streams that require more processing and thus drastically reduce battery life. In other words, it was a choice between fitting in more than 100 hours of video that you could not watch more than half an hour on a single charge or installation in 2 hours video you can see all on a single charge.

Great! by King of Maryland on 03/10/2007: First of all I was a little skeptical with the whole import of China "thing of the USA. I could not believe when I received the package and it was actually from China lol! Anyway I started to watch and whiped out the package and installed the software (which was easy to install) Everything worked as described. Chinavation I will be buying again! I agree with some of the earlier comments that the screen shows very well, the sound quality is good too, the band could definitely use a better design, better understand user manual, user created, maybe:) should be able to accept different formats of video files to utitilize maximum of two concerts, also would be nice have a built in speaker as an option. Overall, I am satisfied with my investment. Has ordered more and I'm sure I'll come back again after those are gone! Thanks to my friends in Chinavasion!

By Carl Gadgetman on 19/02/2007: This is a clock very good for the money. He makes everything he says the product description. Very good battery life. Super image. Excellent sound. Nice band assembly, except for closing. Good software (can compress the size of the video file over). Was sent to me very fast. I'm on the east coast USA. Could use more memory for long movies. Best handwriting. The time for appeal / 12 / 24 date will allow select Format. The light must come soon to tell about the weather. There's no alarm feature. The USB and headphone jacks must have some sort of rubber protective cover. The closure strap is kind of bulky. Take ear is 2.5, 4 segment. But you can adapt it using a stereo 2.5 to 3.5 standard jack, three segments. This works, and you can now connect you to watch any sound amplified or amplified speakers. It would be nice if the card was included. Watch over all is very good. If you are looking for data storage, mp3 (music) / MP4 (video) player picture viewer / recorder mic, says time, buy it. You'll like it, do not let the small con to keep it to buy this watch.

If this was Sony's LG or quality etc. What probobly be better but the price would dubble … + OLED screen 1.5 "Huger then you believe. + Low Price around 100-120 U.S. dollars to 2 GB of flash memory + Nice comfort of the rubber strap. – The quality of a Chinese factory unknown. – Format NXV, a Simpsons episode takes about 700MB in higher quality (DVD) – The function of the watch is very beautiful, but there are only a clock and date – no alarm or time set. etc. Design 5.4 Features 5.4 Quality 3.5 Price 5.4 Overall: 15/20 points Needs firmware upgrades, memory, and perhaps larger, 8GB would be nice.

Great idea, the video format sucks for Nobody777 on 02/10/2007: This watch has some really great features to it. Playback of MP3 watch is great! Audio is not as good as other MP3 players, but still adequate and that the volume is high! The display is fantastic! A little dark when sunlight in an atmosphere light, especially direct, but otherwise it is beautiful! The color is bright and photos look amazing. Videos look really good on this watch, but I have to agree with others – the format NXV is the worst! The sizes of the files actually get bigger after encoding. It simply makes no sense … The screen is only one Small 128×128, how on earth that do not require more than 2GB (which does not even fit the clock) to show an hour? Totally stupid! Except for this detail (which is really detail, since this is sold as a video clock), the other features make this a great buy! I certainly can not complain about the price incredible and the simple fact that you basically can have a USB jump right on your wrist wherever you go is awesome. The best part about this watch is its voice recorder. This was really an unexpected surprise! I have a digital recording device and a built-in my phone … both suck by comparison! I would recommend this watch for guitarists and musicians, because the voice quality is the best option I've heard in a small device. If you want to capture an idea of music or a guitar lick, it will do it and you'll actually be able to discern what you played. I'd love to know that they added a firmware upgrade that allows most video formats, but so far I'm happy with what I have.

Posted langage that nobody could understand, using the vocabulary in English, but absolutely no means comprehensive! So I spent a couple of hours trying to figure out what was the meaning of each phrase. I'll write my own user's manual for my French-speaking customers, since a translation of his book is "mission impossible". Otherwise, great gadget, super package-delivery fast.

Excellent by m @ gick on 1/26/2007: This MP4 watch is excellent, but I must say that toke a while before I knew to put files on this watch:) The OLED screen has amazing colors and is very bright, the sound quality is very surprising, battery life is good too, just latch on the strap will open soon, but part of this is a very cool gadget and I am very happy with it:)

Analysis GadgetGuy on 25/01/2007: First this is a great gadget! For this clock is used to do (play MP3 and videos) that does very well. The OLED screen is great for color and clarity, the sound of this clock is incredibly loud and clear. Now that this watch does not. Unfortunately, designers could easily have built some features common to this clock to make it a true replacement for the current clock. The first thing you notice is that the time display format is only available in 24 hours (unless I missed how to change it somewhere, but I do not I think so). She does not have a stopwatch function. Nor has functions of database to store things such as names and telephone numbers. With 2 GB available, this would have been helpful. Moreover, when in time you can not read the screen all in any type of sunlight. Moreover, as mentioned elsewhere, the conversion software is not very good. It really increases the size of the file so that ASF is NXV even convert to a much smaller screen. Only another thing is the closing of the bracelet. It is constantly giving off after using it so that it easily keeps opening when you slide your glove on it. You have to Use pliers to squeeze it tight again and it will last for some time. Please do not misunderstand me though. I am extremely happy with this clock to listen music and, especially, watching TV programs I copy him. It is a beautiful screen. I just wanted the designers to add / correct the above items to make it perfect. Here is the next version!

Mr. by liam on 01/18/2007: Hello, the clock is a good buy, I think. The reason im not too excited because I just got it and havent gotnt used to it yet. The OLED screen is very good, and can even be used as a flash of light crude that I found, after a power cut:) However, the video format NXV is a bit of a joke, your files are huge and one episode of Family Guy on high quality, for example, ate more than half my memory. perhaps the developers could review the format NXV or better adapt it to the clock.

Lead Tech Computer by Mike on 01/13/2007: I have this clock, is incredible – I can use it as a flash drive to store programs, see video and photos, he'll record audio with your microphone, and even even tell the time. I'd like to do a slideshow of pictures though. But for the money, this little clock is great. Someone tell me where to get updates software, because I'm sure the manufacturer will add more and more features as time permits.

By Tech Head boy in techo 08/01/2007: off mp4 big clock first dose, but it has a drawback. The clock shows video clips, exp. 2 3mins high qaulity 0.1 to 2, 5 hours dvd qaulity down. View has an excellent sound and can become very high.
