Star Wars Marvel Comics Covers

I have a Star Wars # 1 comic book. How do I know if its real or if it is one of the fakes that came later?
30 percent coverage. Marvel Comics. UPC bar code on the front
sounds like a first impression. First impressions was 30 cents and 35 cents issues. Up on the top left near the price they would have a small block to say "reprint", running along the egde of the top staple around that it was a first reprints level.
