Who would win in this fight, Batman VS Venom?

Say Harry Osborn doesn’t exist. Spiderman’s battling Sandman and Venom and needs help. Bruce Wayne wakes up and tries to get there as soon as possible. Which means the time he has is a little to none.

In the Batman/Spiderman vs Joker/Carnage one-shot,he handled Carnage relatively well,so i’ll go with Batman on this one.
