IF you check your history you will see crossovers that Marvel has won more times than I lost. Marvel has become popular among the young audience, most readers of comics. All things considered, not Hulk or Spider-Man must beat Superman. Tho HULK evolved to ridiculous levels and Superman is no longer fool the character of late 60s, 70s, who routinely earth pushed out of orbit and desire Suns mowed his breath, he's still Superman, the flagship of superheroes. Marvel has a long list of "Superman want to bes "but nobody can beat the original. ITs as simple as that. In the world of super-heroes, someone has to be top dog. This is not a law writing in comics. Superman just happens to keep that distinction. He is more interesting, since John Byrne revamped the ridiculous '70s. At DCU combined MU only two in Marvel has a good chance of winning the battle of Superman, Silver Surfer (slightly exaggerated) and Thor. Superman is as good a chance of beating either of them too. At DCU, Captain Marvel has the best chance. In my opinion, he completes the list of the top four. Superman, Silver Surfer, Thor, Captain Marvel Any of these four could find a way to beat one of the others on this list. 10/08 any one of them could defeat all others in MU / the mainstream DCU. Im not referring to eating cosmic world but just stuck to the ground and similar beings. Superman also has many advantages over the Hulk. It would be a good fight, but Superman wins by KO.
