Silver Surfer X Men

Who would win in a fight: Ghost Rider, Magento (X-men) or the Silver Surfer?

Wow, this is a really very good. Silver Surfer is easily the most powerful, but Ghost Rider kinda screws up the whole deal. His big thing is the 'Penance Stare', which makes people feel the pain they inflicted on others, but I think it's directly related to their feelings of guilt. This would have no effect on Magneto, who can justify everything he has done. He's an idiot like that. At However Surfer, Silver feels terrible about the countless billions of lives that he offered during his tenure as Galactus' herald. I do not think it would kill him, because He is very open about his guilt, but would take him out of the fight for a while. So Magneto certainly have Ghost Rider. Ghost Rider is a powerful spiritual force, but Magneto can do something, almost unstoppable with his powers. So if the Surfer was able to recover in time, (he, because he's a good guy, and this is comics, after all), he quickly and humanely Magneto off. I say Silver Surfer.
