Unable to update “profile”?
When I try to add my “profile” all I ever get is.”sorry there was a problem saving your info please try again later” How do you get around this ? Silver Surfer
WHEN I EDIT MY PROFILE IT WILL NOT LET ME SAVE THE CHANGES
1. Close all browser window but one and clear your browsers cache (include temp files, cookies, and history). If you do not know how then read this article:

2. Now close this window. Open a new browser window and try to sign into your profile again. Sign into your Yahoo! Profile here: http://profiles.yahoo.com/ . Be sure to use the same browser that you cleared the cache on. Try to edit your Display Name again.
3. If you still cannot save your changes then try on an alternative browser such as Firefox. After following the steps to clear the temp files, cookies and history of course.

At the very bottom of the page is the link to the Yahoo! Profiles Help Form. Click that and sign in to use the form. Tell yahoo about your problem. Maybe they will have a solution.
