Silver Surfer Package

Swopping suppliers for the first time, please help me…?

I am presently with Btinternet, and have my broadband via yahoo Telecom. I want the whole SKY/TALK/BROADBAND package, and have signed up for it, so please dont tell me its rubbish, not now! But I need to know – I have to get some information from my present BB supplier, to pass on to my new one, a number, would someone out there CLARIFY what, and how, and who and where to a Silver Surfer, thank you so much.
There are a lot of people grabbing thier two points with silly little comments are nt there. Come on … there has to be a few sensible folks who can help here.

I work for BT. Shame you’re leaving us but anyways, you need a migration code. You get this by calling the customer options team, its a long number with a few letters thrown in. Your terms and conditions with BT require you to give 30 days notice so ask Sky to take you over around that time.A migration code is also only valid for 30 days so use it quickly when you get it.
