I need to know a music artist from the 1990′s?

I remember loving a CD I had years ago. But I don’t remember any of the song titles or the artists name. This is a far cry, but the only thing I remember is the album art. It was all red and there was a Silver Surfer on it. Sound familiar to anyone?
