Silver Surfer quarters?

is anybody even using them as currency? I read recently that they are’nt even legal tender, and they’re all over ebay for over 50 bucks a piece.

I have never heard of such a thing! That’s kind of cool that they made it, but ridiculous that they are basically worthless yet going for that kind of money. I’m going to head over to Ebay to see what they look like though! They must be kinda’ rare?
