Silver Surfer Laptop

I’m a Silver Surfer,so I don’t know what Silverlight is and would it be any good for me.?

I’m looking at Microsoft works and it wants me to download to my laptop.

Microsoft Silverlight is what they call a cross-browser, next generation piece of software for users of media. It is absolutely not necessary to instal it and I would stick with your normal browser, i.e. IE7 if that’s what you use.
