How do I dress as the Silver Surfer, with a budget of $ 50? (10 points)?

to add on the issue … I got wood silver spray paint, white shoes and that's about it. Please get as creative as possible, this is for the Relay for Life (www.relayforlife.org) sponsored fundraising by the American Cancer Society. I only have a week to get this done. On top of that question, I also need to know some really fun ways on how to decorate a camp with a superhero theme MAJOR.
