Why not release Doug Disney, X-Men, Spider-Man, and many others on DVD?

Disney owns the rights to Doug Brand Spanking New! Doug, X-Men (the from the 90s), Spider-Man (1990), Silver Surfer, Dinoriders, and many, many others. Why are not releasing these? Not expected to receive a response that is not real "because they are evil" but if anyone has any real information about why they are not releasing them, please share! By the way, most of these are being released in the UK which is no longer … so it is obviously only an issue with Disney in the U.S.

My guess is that these securities, if not released on VHS rack in enough money to urge them to release them on DVD or, perhaps, when They released the first DVD volume wise not rack in cash (since it seems to be the reason why Gargoyles suffered the fate of all its not completeing seasons on DVD – only one season and part of Season 2 are out). Of course the problem is its very stupid that Disney did not make the titles available business wise, as they still rack in cash and the money will be minimium or could not help them make more movies and rack in more money. The problem is the desire to release DVD's when the series is still in high or medium high popularity, but by the time of release most of us, customers or Disney fans, we never know about them unless their Disney movies (note how all the commercials is a Disney movie title rematch w / special effects or bright shades but never or very rarely a series of TV commercials comes up). So technically the idea that Disney is evil is technically accurate (laughter, as more to know about a TV series on DVD once in a blue moon comes a commercial for it and almost every day a Disney movie is a commercial for it).
