my e-mail program. I have a very small budget and will continue with the software while it is old possible.I'm using Windows XP and Office 1997 this Office to Office 2002 or newer. Most recent would be better! Outlook 97 and Outlook 2000 are peculiar, but starting with the version of Outlook in Office 2002, it becomes not worth the time to learn Outlook 1997, when new versions of Outlook are easier to learn and work. Again, I stick with Outlook Express to I was ready to upgrade to a newer version of Office. However, there is no problem about how to use Office 1997 with Windows XP. Good luck, have fun, hope
