Silver Surfer Achievement

What is the easiest way to unlock Silver Surfer in Marvel Ultimate Alliance for Xbox 360?

I want to get the results so if a code will disable them, so I do not want.

According to GameFaqs put in cheat Down, Left, Left, Up, Right, Up, Down, Left will unlock the Silver Surfer and he says you will still get the achievement. But check out this site for cheats, and when to put them in it.
