Replacing Ironman Watch Battery

I replaced battery in Ironman Triathlon watch, it works, but I push the indiglo button it resets itself, help!

I replaced the battery in a Timex Ironman Triathlon watch, it works just fine now, but when I push the Indiglo button, it resets itself and flashes 746007. Please help!!!
Battery was inserted the same way the old one came out, and the insides only go in one way.

makesure the batter is in the right position you may have placed it in upsidedown by mistake or you may have gotten a very close but not quite right type of battery.
or there could be moisture now inside just from opening a sealed watch try drying it with a hairdryer….
