Do you think that Ghost Rider was better than Spider-Man 3 and Fantastic 4 Rise Silver Serf?

I saw Ghost Rider in theater and I love it. Little scary, but cool Action Pack. I saw Spiderman 3 and I was disappointed because the actor who plays Venom not fit him to play Venom and fighting the end was cheesy. He was crying and very bad guy part. I have not seen the new Fantastic 4 Rise of the Silver Surfer and still hear tenants who had a perfect picture and HD sound effects. Moreover, the story was no good guy and your Jessica Alba looks strange? What do you think? "I hope they do not become Ironman cheese, then other Marvel movies. I hope not.
