Marvel Comics Zeus

By Marvel Comics never addressed the fact that Thor's mother is the great grandfather of Zeus?
Thor's mother Gaea aka Jord
Never There was a situation really bring it up or where it would be relevant. For some other answers, the fact is Norse Thor and Zeus is Greek, is irrelevant. At Marvel universe just about all archaic goddesses of the earth are the same being under different names and forms. Gaia is one of the few survivors Elder Gods born billions of years ago, when Earth was formed, and infused the essence of life with all life on Earth. When the modern generations of the gods began to appear, she mated with many proginators of the mother of some or many of the gods now. She is Gaia to the Greeks, Jord for Nordic Aditi for Hindus, Coatlique for the Aztecs, etc. Plenty of time around the mother figure of the goddess who took care of a large number of gods or goddesses of ancient Earth. Through it all the gods of the Earth are related in some way or another, but I will not even begin to figure out what a family tree. And Thor Thor is the Norse stories. Its been explained that Asgard has undergone cycles periodic destruction and regeneration in Ragnarok.
