Marvel Comics Watches

Have you seen the movie Ghostrider with Nicholas Cage?
I just saw the previews in a movie the other day. I know that came out last year. I have not seen yet. I whether there were any parts that would scare children. I have children from 5 to 10. They love the other movies based on Marvel Comics, as well as I I just need to know what is happening so I can determine whether or not we can all see it. Thanks!
It is surprisingly dark for PG-13. I'd say 12 and above. I recently had my first child and now I understand. A year ago I would have said no problem. It really depends on the child (I grew up watching Robocop), but I would say no, thank you (for making me feel like an old man).
