Heath Ledger death handcuffing him to the Batman franchise?

the death of Heath books is extremely regrettable. one of the flaws and holdbacks '80s Batman franchise was to kill the main characters of The Joker, Catwoman, and penguins. unlike the comics, where they were all locked in the asylum to escape from time to time. death books will likely prevent the Joker from Batman reappear in future sequels. being batmans joker main rival would be like Superman Lex Luthor did not return. to marvel line to make a mega block buster Avengers movie with Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Captain America, etc, you would expect DC to do a story similar type or at least a better world Batman Superman movie will replace the book or simply leave out the wild card all together?

it seems that Ledger will be pending a wildcard and will probably be very difficult to replace him. I think maybe next movie will focus on two or possibly face the Riddler, and probably take The Joker, or they may have to do a wildcard CamIO (perhaps just by appearance or calling card) All I know is that if no good Christian Bale (Batman) will not do it and ruin it. Catwoman will likely be included, because the movie Catwoman was so horrible. I also think they're trying to stay away from any cinema 80's-90's Batman, because they were also horrible.
