Marvel Comics Superman Spiderman

I would like to see a CGI movie crossover at DC and Marvel Comics there's much chance of that?

I would like to see a CGI movie from DC Comics and Marvel crossover in 3D spiderman web with flying off the screen and also heat vision superman flying off the screen and also things flying off the screen of the other super hero

There is no chance of a film like this to happen soon, and I would not hold out much hope for a movie like this in the next decade. Marvel is now producing his own films starring their characters ("Iron Man" was the first film under the new arrangement), while DC still liscense their characters the producers of film. I find it hard to believe that Marvel wanted liscense DC characters, and I think DC would be wary of the prospect as well.
