Thoughts about this type of superhero team?

Idea is to have a premise similar to Exiles comic book from Marvel. Have a team consisting of alternative versions of Captain America, Thor, Spider Man, Batman, with a leader who can transport the heroes to help different alternative worlds from particular problems. The leader has limited power support for the heroes, but can see the breath of time and find the critical steps to help the heroes avert disasterious problems. I.e. destruction of a civilization because of one particular mistake.

Hmm…Intresting.I like the idea.though the hero’s would have to constantly battle to keep there leader alive because of his weaknesses/ limited powers. but i think its a good idea and if it was made into a comic book/book i would read it.
