can u help me find this comic’s title?

i read in a newspaper article that marvel released (or is about to) this comic where the government will be requiring superheroes to reveal their secret identities to the public. spiderman was the first to reveal his. capt america and others are opposed to this law. sounds cool. can anyone help?
