Spider-Man 4 Trailer
I'm sure many of you are fans of Spidey asking about the Spider-Man 4 trailer. Well, it's too early to say anything thing about the real trailer because the movie is just beginning, but we have some news about what might be happening in the new movie.
A quick Google search brought a lot of results on the new Spider-Man movie (and by the time you read this, imagine that some additional material will be available by this author for you to read too). But one of the most interesting things to emerge was the interview with the film following Dailies TV show with Stan Lee over the direction of the new Spider-Man 4 movie.
If you are not familiar with Stan Lee (shame on you, what kind of Spider-Man fan are you? And you was asking about the Spider-Man 4 trailer? Really? Do not worry, I'm just kidding – and we will not tell anyone. Not only that, we'll even give you a cheat sheet here), he is the man who created the Amazing Spiderman for Marvel Comics, along with Steve Ditko, in 1962. He wanted to create something new and different with this new super hero. Here was a kid in high school than other comic book super-hero would have been a companion man to man himself, but was the main event. Lee presented the concept to his boss in Marvel Comics, but the story was rejected. Lee really believed in his character, though, so he slipped into a book, despite objections from his editor and the rest of course is history.
Anyway, Stan was an idea he'd like to see The Lizard Spidey come to life. Readers will remember the way that the lizard is actually Professor Curtis Connor, who is a mentor for our young super hero, and that eventually morphs into a villain (how funny that seems to happen for many of our superheroes is – Clark Kent and Lex Luthor began life in many iterations as friends and only later became mortal enemies). He also mentioned that he was not sure that Peter Parker would actually get along with Mary Jane. He initially had other love interests in mind for the human spider, but it is clear that even a fictional character has a life all its own.
If you really should see a Spider-Man 4 trailer now, by the way, you can check out a fan made version on You Tube. I glanced over and was really cool. Any way, Spider Man 4 is set to hit theaters in May 2011.
