X Men Characters For Men– Which X Men Character Are You Most Like And Why?

With the timely release of X Men Origins: Wolverine, have you ever wondered which X Men character you are most like and why?  This fun guide takes you through just a few key characters from the XMen series to give you a flavour of who they are and what they about….

In order to write this guide I decided to undertake some serious research. This got me understanding why so many people are addicted to the series. There is a character that represents every plausible human being on planet earth.

Let’s start with the main character Wolverine whose powerful muscular masculine structure is there for everyone to see. His main power source is strength and courage, known for the retractable steel sharp claws he plays a man torn by his very struggle to understand himself. Are you the type of person that is still getting to grips with who you are?

Or how about the marvellous Professor X? This rather demure wise man sits in his wheelchair. His main power is the ability to foresee the future. His undeniably main purpose in life is contribution. He achieves this through the setting up of a school for mutants where he helps them enhance their powers and also recognise that humans can be good too. Are you a contributor to your community, are you the one that people come to when they need help? If so perhaps this represents you.

There is however a chance that Sabertooth could be your alias in which case problems are afoot. Sabertooth is the brother of Wolverine and their love hate relationships is born out of their immense sibling rivalry and this is played out in the most recent film. Sabertooth’s character for the most part is selfish, stubborn and the desire to get whatever he wants and get it now. Does this reflect you?  And how so?

Who else is on the enemy side? There is always Magneto.  Dark evil, strong and powerful. Magneto for me represents someone who has the ability to act when needed and has a range of deep powers to get him what they want. Is this you? Do you have great judgement and possess a steely determination?

Which two xmen are similar but so different? These are Ice Man and Pyro, Iceman’s power is the ability to create ice at the drop of a hat? whereas Pyro has the ability to control fire and flame. Pyro signed up to the brotherhood of evil mutants through mystique. An interesting character, strong spirited, soulful and courageous, perhaps this is you.

Or are you more like Nightcrawler? His primary mutant power is the ability to teleport, subject to certain limitations. His teleportation is accomplished by inter dimensional travel, leaving behind him a cloud of sulfurous smoke that escapes from the dimension he travels through. He is also an accomplished gymnast and swordfighter.

So, there you have it. This guide has provided you with just some of the feisty, mysterious, courageous, invincible xmen on the planet, did I say they were for real? Perhaps they truly are…..what do you see when you look in the mirror? Who do you see? And what do you stand for?
