Marvel Comics Pencil Drawings

How can I make my pencil drawings turn into great professional looking comic? As a Marvel or DC Comics?

What do I need to goto school or the degree that I need to get to be able to pencil, ink and photoshop my sketches into professional quality renderings? I want to work for Marvel or DC Comics, but how do I get to that level that I can give them a license? Thanks to people on yahoo answers in advance! Any information will be useful, as computer software to obtain or the name of any person or school to get in touch! It's my dream to be a real artist, but I'm stuck! Where I'll just have talent? How the pros do it? Is there anyone out there who knows the process of making a pencil sketch to a finished page in a comic book? If so, tell me what to do to get this done? How do they take a pencil drawing and painting it? I just do not understand that technology is not considering comics have errors in all. It looks very like the magic and mystery to me. I'm sure I could learn these techniques, if I knew what the commercial art schools for driving? Thank you again!
