How is the storm and Megneto Xmen comics arent considered omega level mutant?

remember Megneto Storm and both were considered two of the most strong that I mutants in the Marvel universe. But how come they are not considered omega level mutant, but instead Iceman, Jean Grey are considered one.

Iceman is not considered Omega. If I remember correctly, in 198 files Iceman is one level below the Omega, but she says it has Omega at various points (a time when Jean Grey has done something to him and allowed him to be at its full potential). Iceman is supposed to be happy with their level of power, so 198 does not classify it as Omega. If I remember correctly. Regarding your main question of the Storm and Magneto why not, I'm not too sure. I guess that's why the mutant species not only for many who have more power than them.
