Marvel Comics Nomad

Comic Book Character Battles XVI Marvel and DC (Round 2). Can you explain to me who wins?
10 battles I will be posting regularly until the outcome is resolved. Battles can include Marvel and DC. Single Elimination .** Neutral Area Abandoned City **. (No powers advanced, as King Thor or Cosmic Spiderman, etc.) My friend and I have similar results in each track. But it is good to have differing opinions. "So please validate you advice on who wins and why with a phrase or an explanation more for each battle. "(More descriptive and logical explanation to the points) All combatants have access to their regular equipment and weapons: Dr. Dr. Octopus Doom vs Magneto vs Stryfe Darkhawk Batman vs Spiderman vs Sauron Nomad vs. Scorpion vs. Mr. Fantastic Forge White Queen vs. Warbird vs. Hulk vs Terrax Ghost Rider Blackheart Blackout vs. Loki
1) Stryfe: This boils down to simplicity and most of these battles with psychology. Stryfe Doc Ock simply shuts down the brain. 2) Magneto: If Doom gets a shot off soon he could do some damage but let's face it, it is still an armature. Magnus crushes it into a ball and throw it into space. 3) Darkhawk: Both fighters would to air, but in order to work, it needs to make eye contact Sauron. Darkhawks visor shields you from this and it cuts your wings Sauron sent to the floor. 4) Batman: I'm surprised Nomad done to get this round .. all I have to say is a punch. 5) a hard .. I'm giving this Spidey. Spidersense allows spidey dodge all attacks until Reed so he can empty cartridges and web until Mr. Fantastic. 6) Scorpion: Forge needs something to create with. In an open area, he has nothing. 7) White Queen: Psionic Blast hits Warbird Sky.
Hulk: Hulk Terrax simply pound the ground and keep coming, no matter how many thefts took Terrax Axe. 9) Ghost Rider: Blackout can not corrupt the soul that is already corrupted (what does he bite?). GR fire chains lead to a close-up scare penance. 10) Loki: Loki again use the Dark Magic Ensar Blackheart in a bind. Struggles more.
