OUT OF all the mutants of Marvel X-Men comic who is stronger?

Probably, the Scarlet Witch, she wiped out the entire population mutant at the end of House of M, with one blow. Jean Grey despite how she is portrayed in the movies never made anything close to that House of M was a great read. Here is the end. Battle with big consequences The battle between the House of M and heroes continues with great ferocity. As chaos ensues, the Scarlet Witch disappears from the battlefield only to be discovered by Dr. Strange in a tower with her children. The two begin to talk like Dr. Strange attempts to discover the source of the madness that is happening. Wanda reveals the response to it in a flashback of when Quicksilver Magneto confronted with the fate of Wanda. It turns out that Quicksilver was himself responsible for creating an alternative world, suggesting Wanda to make everyone happy in a world almost perfect. After this revelation, Emma Frost tells Strange to ask about the fate of Charles Xavier. Before he can said Emma, Wanda is shot in the back by an arrow. The attacker is Hawkeye, who begins to break down emotionally to Wanda about her death in the line of real time. After a heated discussion Hawkeye is dead for the second time as one of the Scarlet Witch of children antagonized uses his mutant powers to "erase" the Avenger. Meanwhile in the garden memorial, Magneto confronts Emma Frost and Layla Miller, who reveal the truth about everything that has happened Magneto. He then unleashes his wrath on everyone, especially his son Quicksilver. He nearly kills Quicksilver by pummeling him to a bloody pulp with large pieces of steel. Suddenly, the Scarlet Witch appears, stopping and turning magnet to form his brother healthy. She starts to lash out saying: "We're crazy, mutant … that you chose this over us and ruin us … you daddy!" She then utters, "No more mutants." Everything becomes blank again. N. mutants more in a blinding flash, the world seemingly returns to normal. The Avengers come together to try and make sense of what happened that night, only to be confronted by a distraught Doctor Strange, which states that the House of M really happened and its effects are slowly being felt on a larger scale. Later, you receive an alert from the ruins of Avengers Mansion. Investigating, they discover even Hawkeye is attached to a wall with their arrows. Suggests Hawkeye came to life. In the Xavier School for Advanced Studies, most students lose their mutant abilities. Emma Frost sweeps the whole world with the Brain for the activity of the mutant. She discovers that the number of mutants in the world has dropped from millions to hundreds. Meanwhile, Wolverine wakes up remembering everything about his past. The X-Men fly to Genosha looking for Magneto and his children. They also think Magneto is powerless and does not know where Wanda and Pietro have gone. Heroes only guess about what caused most of the mutant population lost their powers. With Xavier is still missing, and the Scarlet Witch depowered probably (as might Cerebro be detected by the scanner or by Doctor Strange, but later it seems to be living a normal life), the mutant population can only hold the words of Hank Pym is that all these powers could not simply disappear … they are contained somewhere, and that every action has an equal and opposite reaction. The question remains, as Henry Pym said, "What will be the reaction?" How to punctuate this statement, a red ribbon colossal energy begins to orbit the Earth. Winner Scarlet Witch to remove 99% of the mutant population is less clear.
