Can Reed Richards, Mr. Fantastic, stretch on the height of Galactus? If so, he could put Galactus in the sharpshooter submission or other movement painful, and master it because of pressure caused by stretching his arms around Galactus and legs and then try to reduce it? I'm not possitive, but I think it was around Galactia while all the forces cosmic been created (Eternity, love, hate, etc.). but I did forget the force field. Galactus, though large, is not as big as a planet, he does not eat them though, but not the way you'd eat a sandwich.
Ok, let's all settle down. Galactus is great, no doubt. And its height varies according to his will and hunger. But he usually no more than 50 meters tall. Now, for the second part of the question. Reed could stretch enough to put Galactus on sharpsooter or move the presentation of others? Yes, quite easily. But I'm not sure Galactus is still capable of feeling pain, seeing that he is more than a force cosmic, and not human or even humanoid technically without his armor. So yes, I think Reed could do it. I just think it would not achieve anything.
