City of Heroes site?

I'm seriously thinking about playing City of Heroes … There are some things you need to know: I live in Europe. If I buy the version we will be able to play on servers in the right? Will I experience lag? (Due to distance) Will i be able to play in every server of the European Union? City of Heroes is still populated? (From what I saw, it's quite rare to find players on the world map, at least outside the city's …) Is it still worth it play this game? Or do you think there is a better game? (Tried wow, like, got sick of it) I was thinking about Guild Wars, but im not sure if I want to continue playing a medieval mmorpg … And I always liked comics so I think it's because I like the city of heroes … But showing your point, and I might reconsider Thanks
