Marvel Comics Hiring Artist

Where / How can I hire an artist to draw a Marvel comic book character that I created?

I have a cartoon character I created that I want designed in the Marvel Comics style. I'm not doing a book about it and I'm not trying to enter the market for comics, I just want this character drawn by an amazing artist. There has to be a reality of Marvel artists! Only those who can draw on the Marvel comic book! And just how do you know that I could not afford their fees?!

Never gonna happen.
