Will a book about women being prosecuted for feline copyright infringement?

I am writing a book and a book of fantasy. I I have this tribe in history, they are not the cat you see women in Batman and comic-books, which are real half women, half of the cats, they facial features have cats, not silly as Cat In The Hat, they are serious and have characteristics of cats. DC Comics used a catwoman human, so that Marvel. They are two of the biggest rivals of the century, and women my cat is totally different from theirs. You think I would be ok to include women in feline my story?

Should not be necessary. Cat women (as opposed to Cat Woman or Catwoman) is a very common element, you see it comic books, science fiction (such as Dr. Who), games, anime, manga, etc, unless of course you're tearing Catwoman or any else, you should be fine.
