Until now, the official list of those who were able to raise the hammer is the characters: Thor, Odin, Tiwaz, Red Norvell, Beta Ray Bill, and Captain America. Wonder Woman also did when she and Thor met in a crossover event some years ago. Other than that, other characters do not.
