Marvel Comics Green Lantern Movie

Any Marvel or DC comics longer be made into movies?

Hey, I never heard of "Watchmen," but looked mixed reviews so I'm ignoring it. But what happened to Superman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Batman, etc. I know it's baaack. Marvel also is in the works with Avengers, etc.

Honestly, I do not know what the problem with DC Comics, Marvel has made movies with lame characters like The Punisher, Elektra, Ghost Rider and Daredevil, but DC can not give us a movie with The Flash, Green Lantern, or, I mean, what are they waiting for? Last I heard Marvel is planning on making a Captain America Mighty Thor and Avengers movie down the road.
