Marvel Comics fans: Who is Red Hulk?

If you followed the Hulk comics (any) in the last six months, then you know I'm talking about. I had / have theories, but they keep coming up short, as the character that I think will be revealed his secret identity, usually ends up in the next editing fight him (Nick Fury, Ares, Dugan, etc.). What are your thoughts?

General Ryker or Matt Talbot fit the personality better than anyone. Of course I'm a little upset that this is the epilogue of the World War Hulk.
