What does the name mean Lilandra?

I took a liking to the name Lilandra, but I wonder what that means. I know there was a Lilandra on Marvel Comics but that's not what I mean. I want to know the origin of the name and definition. Example – friend My name is Julia, and his name means "Young, Downy. (She was my friend who said she was a fabric softener, because she did not know what it meant to mildew.) Please Help! Thanks!
