As superhero Shaman

"Faster than a speeding bullet! More powerful than a locomotive! Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound!"

Who are we talking about? Superman, you say? Yes … and someone else!

We're talking about you! … Who? Yes, you!

Who is your favorite superhero?

Superman and Superwoman. Batman and Batwoman. X-Men and Wolverine. Catwoman and Wonder Woman. The Flash. Spider-Man. Green Lantern. Shazam!

What superpower would you possess?

extraordinary strength, speed and flexibility. instant cure. Hyper-sharp senses. X-ray vision. Omniscience. Omnipresence. ESP, telepathy, precognition, clairvoyance and precognition. inter-dimensional travel. Time trekking. Invisibility. Invulnerability. Immortality. Flying. Levitation. Teleportation. Telekinesis. Transmuting. Shapeshifting.

Well, you do not have those powers … and more!

How Silly!

We are all taught that we should "overcome" our interest in superheroes and superpowers before we turn twenty. And we do. … That's the problem! As we "grow" and become adults (adulterated) lost contact with the shamans our childhood.

Our heroes are the modern day shamans of western society. They are wise elders of our culture, our medicine men and women. They are our treasure. The gold mine as an example and an opportunity for every one of us!

We are attracted to the superpowers our superhero, because the truth is that we inherently possess the same skills as they are super. Forgot maybe. Mostly dormant. (Except in situations Emergency!) However, these powers are inherent to our nature, however!

Absorb that Morphic field!

Our act like superheroes morphic fields (models) for us to recover our natural spiritual (super) power. The skills of our superheroes act as the energy fields and experience that we can explore in order to reactivate our own inherent abilities in order to exercise the same powers!

Likewise, we could put in cape of Superman as a child, we can assume the mantle of Superman's powers as an adult. When we called the morphic (form) energy as our favorite superhero, automatically trigger the abilities in tissue vibration field (frequency) of that space.

Why not most of us use our natural spiritual (super) powers?

In my experience with thousands of people as clients, I found a common theme (decision) in the history of most people soul:

Before we came to this life, most of us promised that he would not use our natural spiritual powers until we have developed a deep compassion and understanding necessary to use these skills with real love and wisdom.

The archetype Superman provides a good example of this phenomenon of "super-hero as Shaman."

Superman is seen as an American cultural icon and admired as the first superhero comics. His adventures and popularity have established the character as an inspiring force in the psyche of the public. The spirit of Superman still serves as an inspiration to our entire culture's myth-makers, writers, filmmakers, teachers, musicians and public speakers.

Ironically, one of the most socially accepted denials from our supernatural true is the statement: "Well, you know. I'm not Superman!" Ironic because, in fact, 're a superman!

As an influential archetype of the superhero genre, Superman possesses extraordinary powers.

As one archetype closeted the superhero genre, which have the same extraordinary powers

arsenal famous Superman's powers include x-rays, emitting heat, telescopic, vision, infrared and microscopic. He has super hearing and super smell. He's extremely tough skin, which can not be pierced by a single burst artillery. He can lift cars over his head, throwing mountains, withstand nuclear explosions, rises into the sun unharmed, and survive in the vacuum of space, without oxygen. It can easily fly to other worlds, galaxies and even across universes!

Guess what? We have at our disposal the same arsenal of powers!

Superman as a metaphor and model for us, goes deep into his character:

1. Superman is vulnerable the green Kryptonite, mineral debris from Krypton transformed into radioactive material by the forces that destroyed the planet. Green Kryptonite radiation exposure nullifies Superman's super powers and immobilizes him with pain and nausea. Prolonged exposure will eventually kill him.

Green Kryptonite "is also our human Achilles heel. In our culture, the color green symbolizes human greed, envy and jealousy. These human emotions in the way we perceive our true potential as human kind, wise and powerful beings!

Culturally, the color green also represents being a beginner, novice be, that is not developed, not ready: our underdevelopment of universal love and understanding prevents us to use our super natural (spiritual) powers.

2. Superman is a hero in the mythic tradition, inspired by such popular and admired archetypal characters like Samson and Hercules. We unite the tradition of the heroic exploits of legendary figures and overcome the limitations commonly performed in all our human efforts.

3. The term "Superman" was first coined by the early 19th century German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche. Your name Superman was "Übermensch" in German ("Overman" in English).

Nietzsche challenged the dogmatic aspects of Christianity and traditional religious morality rigid. He believed the expression of our inherent creativity, vitality and divine potential, and now here on Earth, instead of waiting for nature that our glorious truth to emerge in a future life in heaven.

Central to its philosophy of "affirmation of life" is an honest questioning of all doctrines which drain our natural life and human potential, however socially prevalent those views might be.

Nietzsche envisioned the Übermensch as a person released that transcended the boundaries of society, religion and conventional morality while still being fundamentally human. We also can make the choice to reveal the truth "Overman" marvelous nature.

4. As Clark Kent, Superman's secret identity, Superman lives among humans as a reporter "mild" to "Metropolis Daily Planet newspaper. Similarly in camouflage themselves as typically common, truck drivers and mild-mannered housewives. " Like Superman pretends to be normal Clark Kent, who denies having any special skills or superhuman.

5. Superman also fought for social justice and against tyranny. This is of course part of the true soul all effect. And our cause is collective, as we develop our love and wisdom to a degree that we feel safe to use our super natural.

Thus, when, where and how each of us decides to reveal our true nature is superhuman to our free will and destiny of the soul.

Unfortunately there phone booths left in many American streets on which to draw our outer cloak! But hey, it was just a matter of Superman. Whenever you decide to get out of your closet spiritual, you will find an easy, graceful way.

His decision to start using his own true spiritual power of nature can intuitive inspiration come from dire necessity or (crisis, emergency). Either way, your favorite superhero is a valuable resource and a model for his budding super adventure.

In a very fun, easy, our superheroes have paved the way for us to move in the space of our true super power, passion and play!
