The Punisher is not hypocritical?

I was thinking … he is a bit hypocritical. He would call someone a criminal and kill them, even say who killed somen bad. However, he does the same thing … (He seems to have a problem with killing criminals, obviously). I really dont't read his comics, but my friend who is Marvel's The Punisher charcater told me about it. I also recently read the odd Punisher / Eminem comic. In it, while it does not kill eminem, he calls a criminal (eminem killed a guy that would get rid of MS and Punisher) and his back. (Granted they try to kill him, but also punishes killed their safety …..) Now I am not trying to say that he sucks or anything. I just want to know the truth. Does he really is hypocritical as it sounds or looks?

Punisher not only kills what it deserved to be killed. you kill one innocent person, then he must punish himself. This only happened once in which the Punisher would kill himself for having killed oerson an innocent accident, however, he discovered that was wrong and someone killed the innocent face so let live. yeah
