Whitty not much when it comes to dialogue. There are resources to help me with this?

Most people said I kinda good at drawing manga. But U need to think in a plot to take a picture and add a background to this. Trees and plants? Mountains? Home? You know wat I mean! (Or do u?) How will it end? Sad? Funny? Happy? Make the audience enjoy your cartoons! Of course u need at least one document (without lines), pencil, eraser and a ruler (to line to be a cartoonist!
