Who was this 90′s Marvel Character?
Having one or two books that centered on a Marvel Hero who had discs for hands. The discs were about dinner plate sized, and they were attached to his palms and fingers – he couldn’t move his fingers at all, they were always open.
He wore a beige fedora and trenchcoat, and that was it. As he was either resurrected, or completely made from scratch in an alien lab, he had no clothes… perhaps no facial features save for eyes, and he was definitely all black. Not like a human of African origin, of course – pure black. They used indigo in his coloring too. He was mostly a hand-2-hand fighter. Might have had cosmic level physical powers.
I wish I could remember the setting. It was either cosmic, or futuristic (Guardians of the Galaxy or 2099.). It was not the guy FROM Guardians of the Galaxy. It may not have been his own comic, but he was definitely the center of the story for quite some time.
Perhaps he was a Valentino character, like I said, I liked GotG and 2099 back then.
He was a Surfer character. I can’t remember his name but I’ll see if I can find it.
