Marvel Comics Clothes Character

Unknown all-white comic book character(female)?

From some time ago I remember reading a comic with a character that had white skin, hair, and clothes. For the life of me I can’t remember who this is. I don’t know if this character is from Marvel or DC, but I’ve already searched through lists of characters and non seem to match up, which leads me to believe that she’s not from either, so maybe Darkhorse or somesuch. This character has been nagging me for weeks, and an ID would be greatly, greatly appreciated.
