Is there going to be a Iron Man/Hulk movie?

I saw Iron Man… loved it. I just watched The Incredible Hulk and thought it was only so-so until Robert Downey Jr showed up at the end. Instantly I thought that a joint movie was a guarantee, that it was going to happen. So I googled it to try and figure out it they had started filming yet, and when I could expect to be able to see this comic book combo, and all I’m finding is blogs from other people wishing that Marvel would make this film but nothing concrete saying that they are for sure going to film it. Does anyone know for sure? I mean, it would be dumb not to right? Why did they even have RDjr cameo in Hulk if it wasn’t in the works?
