How do you replace the strap on a Timex Ironman "band-thin" watch?

One side of the band accidentally left when I made around the clock my wrist, now I'm having a heck of a time putting it back on. Since the band does not spring to the bars of normal watchbands, anyone know of a method to replace the band elegant style? Any advice would be helpful

You may have lost a part. Not all clocks are spring loaded. Not too mention they are difficult to work with unless you have the repair kit manufacturer for it. I would recommend contacting Timex for assistance. Or, looking for a watch shop (if it is no longer under warranty).
