What is the best website or book to train for the first Ironman Triathlon?

I have run two marathons and now I want to do my first Ironman Triathlon. What are the best books or websites to help with training programs and swimming?

Uh, you'll need another book to run an Ironman. But I'm sure something would have Ironman website. Also, I do not know.
